For this country property we created an aluminium clad patio door with centre leaf sliding with triple shaped fixed light windows above. A single oak doorset with sidelights and Triple fixed light, together with a number of tilt and turn windows.
Aluminium cladding is the process of fitting timber doors and windows with powder coated aluminium profiles which then acts to protect your timber windows and doors from rain and snow. A 6mm gap between the cladding and the timber surface allows for optimum drying and drainage of the wood after rain and snow.
